I’m excited to announce, I will be offering my services at Movement Labs East (in Aldgate) from the 12th of July.

Over the last 7 years, I have helped 100s of people rehab injuries. But I know building a reputation in a new location can still take some time.

So to help remove any hesitation from potential new clients, I’m offering to give them back £100 if you don’t see any improvements within 2 weeks from our initial rehab consultation. This guarantee will end on the 30th of August. (T&Cs apply – details can be found below).

Aldgate, Mile End & Old Street

Injury Rehab Initial Consultation (90 mins) – £115.

Injury Rehab Follow Up (60 mins) – £80.

Injury Rehab Package (1 Initial Consultation plus 2 Follow Ups) – £265.

Sports Massage (60 mins) – £80.

Payment Options – I accept payment via cash and card, including American Express.

* Guarantee T&Cs – only eligible for new customers who are paying full price. During the session, I will give you corrective exercises which must be done every day for 2 weeks and at the end of the session, you will be charged for the session. If no improvements are seen within 2 weeks, an email needs to be sent to me within 14-21 days from the initial session.  I will then refund you the money.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation policy – I understand circumstances can change, so I’m happy for you to cancel or rearrange your bookings. However please note, any appointments cancelled, unattended or rearranged without 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate.

My session with Mak was very insightful. He was able to quickly identify the root of my back pain which I had never been told or considered before. Not only did I feel a lot of relief after our session but the exercise he gave me to do at home has helped me a lot. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for his services!
